I read a lot of these reviews, just as you are, before I finally picked an attorney. The reviews for Todd Miner sounded great, but honestly I was a bit skeptical. What I found once I made the call was far from what I expected, as it was answered by none other than Mr. Miner himself. He listened, truly listened, to my needs and concerns. Even when I expressed doubts, he suggested I give him a chance to show me how he could help. I could sense true sincerity and conviction in his voice. The case took time, but even a settlement offer came in, he asked if I would agree to give him a chance to push a little harder to make sure they were extra generous in their offer. Having thoroughly earned my trust, I let him have another go at them. Mr. Miner's instincts were spot on. A few days later, he called to congratulate me on receiving an extremely generous offer, one that far exceeded my expectations. I do not write many online reviews, but I feel that Mr. Miner has more than earned this one, and I would highly recommend his services, especially to anyone who is skeptical or has misgivings about lawyers. Todd Miner is the man you will want fighting for you.

Tough as nails, a pitbull, is how I would describe Todd Miner. A man that won't back down and get what is deserved, and owed, to you as the client. Todd is very direct, very straight forward, and is truly concerned for his client. That's the type of personality you want in an attorney that will be fighting for you! His paralegal, Casey Owens, was amazing too, helping me navigate the legal waters. With Casey and Todd together, I would recommend Todd Miner's law firm to anyone that needs a personal injury attorney!

I met with Mr. Todd Miner personally and he explained everything about my options and my case. He put me at ease in pursuing this case resulting from a car accident as this was not in my character. It was a pleasure to work with both Todd and Casey his paralegal in the Longwood office , and my case was finished in a few short months. I will say Mr. Miner left " nothing on the table" when the insurance company offered less than the full policy, he went back and recovered the full amount possible. First & foremost, i will say that i was referred at first to another big time law firm in the Orlando area, which i called, and was treated very rude. I then found Todd Miner, did some research, chated online with a member of his team, and right away, Mr. Miner himself called me back. Right from the start, he was very kind, knowledgeable, & honest. He even called me on the weekend on his personal time to put my mind at ease with a few things involving my case. How awesome is that? I highly recommend Todd Miner. You are not just a file number, you are a person. I got rear ended in a car accident. Todd got to know me and realized that I have a very active lifestyle. Knowing that after my first foot surgery, I was still having trouble and limping, he recommended that I get a second opinion (I just thought I was going to have to live with my foot the way it was). I did have a 2nd surgery, my foot is much better and I can keep up with my lifestyle and not limp. Todd took the time to listen to me and cared enough to recommend a 2nd opinion; I could have been "just a file" to him. I am so thankful to Todd because now I can play with my grandson, ride my motorcycle and other things I love to do. That is something money can't buy! Todd takes an interest in you, he listens, you see him in the office and he knows who you are. His assistant Dena and Todd's staff are great too.
