Before starting the green card process for my UK citizen husband, I was clueless and had no idea how much work, stress, fear and tears would go into it. Once I started the process I quickly realized I needed an attorney's guidance as this was going to be an extremely sensitive situation. My husband and I filed a claim with our insurance company. They came out and inspected the house and damages. Four weeks later we received denial. My insurance company denied my claim for leaking pipes behind my shower. They said it was due to negligence- figure that one out. Hew was easy to reach, easy to talk to, articulate in his thoughts, and properly patient in his negotiations. He got me the settlement I deserved. My husband and I had a long 2 1/2 yr claim that was being denied by Tower Hill Insurance for hail damage to our roof. Unfortunately our 1st atty unexpectedly died, but Hew picked up our case, started over, and reached a settlement before it headed to court.
