Phillip William Gunthert has taken the time to answer some of my very difficult and confusing questions about a very convoluted probate case on his own time and without earning any fees. He is honest, forthright and cares. His knowledge of the law is excellent and his feedback top notch. I have attended law school but am not an attorney and my sister is an attorney however not in the state in question. We needed guidance and he provided it. Consulted with this attorney to assist me with a pending foreclosure on my home. This attorney went above and beyond in assisting me with saving my home. My mortgage company was attempting to enter a default judgement against me, but because Mr. Gunthert had prepared a defense statement on my behalf, the judge sided with me and ruled in my favor permitting me to remain in my home and my mortgage company later relented and approved my request for a mortgage modification which allowed me to keep my home.
