After our parked car was hit by a drunk driver, we had no idea what our next actions needed to be, so we called Todd Miner for a consult and he took so much of his time to walk us through all the scenarios and what we could do to be more assertive with trying to recoup our losses. It was a relief to feel some control of the situation again.

Had a bumpy start with my case but as soon as it got in Bobbi Saindons hands everything came together! I can’t recommend her enough. She’s kept me in the loop of things and got back to me super fast with any questions I had! She’s just great!!

Had one case with them with miscommunication occurring rather frequently. Was made to drive over an hour for an in person meeting with substantial back injuries; a meeting that should have been a one minute phone call or email. After my case, I requested information that to my knowledge should still be on file at their office - have called, emailed, etc. After weeks of repeated calls and emails, and promises from their office staff that they "would call me back" or "be available at a certain time", and still not hearing back - I assume they have either lost track of the records or simply have no desire to provide them. If you do not have the records or do not wish to provide them, please just let me know. :/ Edited on 4/5/2024: When the Todd Miner Law replied to my comment 5 months ago, I did call back in to address my concerns; having referenced this Google reviews reply I was routed directly to Todd: It was acknowledged that some of their attorneys prefer on-site (face to face meetings) but otherwise, they do try and accommodate calls or remote meetings where physical limitations are present. It was unclear why repeated calls or requests for the information originally went unanswered for as long as it did. When I offered to provide call logs and emails that showed the attempts, these were declined. They acknowledged that one agent I had worked with, was no longer available. I was provided the requested information within 48 hours of that call in. My only lingering concern or question is: When established communication methods are ignored, how should a customer reach out for resolution? My Google review appears to be the only reason they eventually took the call and followed up with the requested information.

I have to say working with Todd Miner Law was the best thing I ever did when I need the help with my accident. They’re a great law firm to work with and if you ever need anything just give them a call and see if they can help you in the best way they can.

Walking into the office of Todd Miner law office for the first time, I was immediately struck by the professional yet welcoming atmosphere. The office space was clean and organized, with modern furnishings and tasteful decor. The reception area was spacious, with comfortable seating and a calming color scheme that created a sense of tranquility. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles from the receptionist and the rest of the staff. They were incredibly friendly and approachable, making me feel instantly at ease. The receptionist took the time to ask about my day and offer me a beverage while I waited for my appointment. It was clear that customer service was a top priority for Todd Miner law. While waiting, I had the opportunity to observe the interactions between the staff and other clients. I can’t thank Todd Miner’s law firm enough! After getting completely sideswiped in October of 2022, I wasn’t too sure on the next steps to take. I was told ‘get an attorney’ with no sense of direction. I was beyond nervous since I had not done this before. I knew I needed to because I was in a lot of pain so I decided to take a leap of faith. His assistant, Trent has been very caring and attentive. I was sitting at a red light 8 cars back and a man , not paying attention, hit me 55 mph never hitting his breaks. Knocked me out and my car into the next lane. I’m still dealing with the damage to my body from that accident. Thanks Todd for taking my case.
