I have left numerous messages for this person in regards to my disability claim he never calls me back and now my hearing is coming up and I have no clue what to do they do not keep me informed nor do they return calls I do not recommend Morgan & Morgan or Jerry burkhalter

It took nearly 10 years and 2 lawyers until Jerry Burkhalter won my case. He was professional, pleasant, smart, and very well prepared.

I was very satisfied with my attorney he was very professional, extremely prepared. What people have to realize is Social Security disability cases are very hard to win you truly have to.be disabled and unable.to work.

Jerry Berkhalter does not have any knowledge about Social Security disability all he knows its what we already know. This attorney does not guide you or prepared for the hearing in from of a judge. He did not talk during the hearing , he did not contact any of my doctors for information missing in medical records, did not want it any witness. The staff do not return calls or emails . overall they are irresponsible, lack of experience, do not risk the chance to get disability benefits with this firm.
