I consulted with her and because her extensive knowledge and experience I decided to hire her, but I didn't have the money that day. The flowing week I took the money to her. When I got there she look for the case, and said I have good news that will save a lot of money- the case was dropped. She didn't the money. She refused to take anything from me. Thank you Elizabeth again.

I picked Ms. Montoya through a google search and am so fortunate I did. She and her office are very accommodating and so patient with all the questions and concerns I had regarding my parent’s legal affairs. She made my parents and I very comfortable and explained very clearly the legality of all the paperwork being done.
I highly recommend everyone to make an appointment with her office.
