I had a rear end accident back on 2013, after working with another firm and not receiving any results. I decided to call Dan Newlin firm. An investigator was schedule to take the information, then an apt. was set up with an attorne. After trying with the insurance the case went to litigation with Steven Tomesco. I had spoken with Dan regarding a lien on the settlement, he told me not to worry. Steven was extremely professional as well as his paralegal Karen. Every time I had a concern, I would receive a response within 24 hours. He asked me what I wanted to do, I said I'm not giving up and he told me ok. I will fight it, we will go to court, I will send the court documentation. Steve was always on point and provided me with any information requested.The lien was removed and only paid the service fees. Recently, after a rear-end collision, it became necessary to enlist the services of an attorney.
