I want to start by personally thanking the law office of Dan Newlin and especially my legal representative, Steve Tomesko. During this confusing time of the horrific accident, Steve Tomesko was by my side though the entire ordeal. It started with a late night call to Steve and his continued guidance through the final day. Steve helped navigate us through the confusing ordeal of dealing with an out of state accident. After consulting with Steve, we were able to concentrate on my surgery and recovery, while he handled the the insurance companies, mounting hospital bills, and police reports. September 2015, I was in a car accident and I retained the services of Dan Newlin & Partners. After reviewing my case Greg Ackerman was assigned as my attorney. I went through several months of therapy and my doctor had determined that my injuries needed further medical care and surgery.
