I was at a red light stopped when I was hit from behind and pushed into the car in front of me. I was hurt and ended up having to go to the doctor. I called and hired Attorney Dan Newlin. Mr. Wyka assisted me through the entire process. The insurance company was giving me a hard time over the damage to the car, but Mr. Wyka and Dan Newlin were able to help me. In the end I was very happy with my physical recovery and the settlement of my case.

Our family was in a MVA in September 2014. The first person we called was Dan Newlin's office. It was the best decision we made. Our attorney Modoline Altenor worked very hard on our case to get all medical bills paid and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He and his secretary Karen are not only prompt and courteous when answering your questions, they are also extremely compassionate to your circumstances. We were involved in a 3 person accident on the turnpike last year. My brother and friend were really hurt badly. We called and spoke to Attorney Mark Friesen and could not gave been happier. He made sure to answer all of our questions and we never left a message that was not returned either by him or Karla. If we ever need another attorney, we will make sure to call Dan Newlin.
