Just want to say that my auto accident left me not only injured but unsure of what to do in order to receive the needed treatments and take care of the loss of my vehicle. Needed to do surgery to correct damage done and was really worried about how all of this would work. Mark Friesen was the attorney asked to represent me. From the moment of first contact, he brought such assurance and skilled guidance, allowing me to focus on healing and continuing life with as much normalcy as possible in the situation. Tammi with Dan Newlin"s office was and is a God send. My daughter was hit by a drunk driver going the wrong way on I4 in June. It was a horrific accident. She was injured and her car totaled. Earlier this year, I was involved in an auto accident that left me with a far less desirable quality of life than I once had, leaving me with a permanent disability. My father was involved in a fatal car accident. The accident was considered my dads fault. However, the other insurance company wanted to give me a small settlement anyway. Not wanting to sign papers without an attorney looking at them I called Dan Newlin's office. He had someone at my house the same night. Not only did Dan Newlin's office get me the small settlement from the other drivers insurance but also a larger settlement from dad's own insurance company.
