This law firm has a commercial that states, "don't be a victim twice", but that is exactly what they did to my mother. The attorney that was assigned to my mother's case did not fight for my mother, in fact he ignored her calls for months and then gave lame excuses as to what was taking so long. When the attorney finally decided to contact my mother to settle her case he told her she would only get a very minimum amount for her injuries because she was old and injuries were inevitable because of her health, not because of the moron that hit her. As far as I am concerned this law firm is one that works for the insurance companies and my poor mother is a victim.

The law firm's website is misleading. From the AUTOMOBILE menu near the middle of the page it states. This is a quote under the FAULT section. "Fault No matter who is initially believed to be at fault in an accident, all parties should immediately consult with an experienced lawyer. Upon a live Chat with Jesse it seems that the firm is not interested in defending clients, only in prosecuting other's clients. Sadly the conversation was not any more useful to me than that. Disappointed with this law firm.
