He did a great job breaking down legalese and answering every question I had without making me feel silly for asking. He was great at communicating through text email and phone call and would check on me through out the process. My case was 6 years long and I never felt like I was lost in the cog of a big law firm; it always felt like my case was important. During vulnerable times this is who you want advocating for you!
