I had an accident early last year caused by a distracted driver that resulted in minor injuries and a totaled truck. I knew any subsequent payment would be relatively small but would at least help offset the costs associated with replacing my totaled vehicle with a new one. I contacted Dan Newlin and was allocated Brenda Czekanski as my attorney. Brenda was very easy to work with and kept me abreast of the case with at least a monthly call to check in. I could not be happier with her support and while the payment didn't cover the cost of a new car, I never expected it would, it was certainly more than worthwhile pursuing the claim.
