On June 16, 2024, my husband was in a terrible automobile accident caused by a careless driver . As a result, he suffered a traumatic brain injury, it ripped off a portion of his scalp and broke his back in two places. We immediately called Dan Newlin . Melissa Lewis was assigned to our case . She went above and beyond what we expected. She came to the hospital to discuss our situation. She was calm and reassuring. We were grateful for her services . Unfortunately we didn’t get a large settlement because the young girl that hit him had a very small policy. Melissa took a lot of time researching all avenues possible for compensation. Because of her, we did get some compensation that we would not have been aware of without her services. My husband is a veteran and we are proud to have chosen a fellow veteran and his staff to represent us. We wish we had been able to get a larger settlement, but, we know that we got the highest amount possible because of Melissa’s hard work. 200% recommend Dan Newlin and thank you Melissa for your calm spirit and dedication to helping others .
