Brian Rush replaced by original attorney, thankfully..Once Brain took over my case it ran very smoothly. Whenever I contacted him he responded promptly. When I spoke with him he was very pleasant and made you feel at ease. When I spoke he just didn't listen but heard what you said.. It was a pleasure working with Brian. I was involved in a rear end accident a few month ago and I decided to call the law office of Dan Newlin. Once I put in the call 1 day later they were at my house ready to start the process. I was assigned attorney Jonathon Blevins. He called me and introduced himself and that same week they got me the medical treatment I need for my injuries. (That Fast). His communication was awesome, He explained to me the whole process and 4 mn later my case was done. I would like to thank Jonathon for all his hard work in helping me out through this whole process. I was injured in a car accident and I could not have called a better firm for help. My attorney Scott Liotta was the best. He was courteous and answered all my questions and got me the best deal he could. No offense to any other attorneys or paralegals there but Becky Harrison is the best ever!!! There should be 1000s of her to handle every client. She was outgoing and fun and it felt like I was talking to a friend or family member!!! It's hard to find people now a days that actually care and take time to talk, and boy did we do that....a lot!! But, she did not care if I called 20 times a day. She always went above and beyond for me!! Also, Michelle Ramos always on time and helpful as well. The three of them make a great team!!! After my car accident, I reviewed online comments about several personal injury attorneys that are well known in the Central Florida community. I'm not surprised by negative comments but it is not typical for positive comments to be posted. I was surprised by the many positive comments about Dan Newlin & Partners, especially in the area of personal response and timely communication. This is what motivated me to call them about my case and ultimately retain them. My case was not a big case and knew it would not deserve maximum attention, however my attorney, Melissa Lewis, made me feel like my case was as big as any other case would be. She always kept me informed, returned my emails promptly and also returned every phone call the same day. My case was settled in two months, which exceeded even my best expectations. Melissa never over promised and under delivered like most past legal experiences I've had. She under promised and over delivered and treated me like a professional. If all of the Dan Newlin associates are as professional as Melissa Lewis is, then I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone who has been injured, no matter how small you think your case is. By the way......I did call another personal injury attorney first because I knew him socially and had his card on hand.......I didn't get a call back within 24 hours so that is when I went looking online for an attorney.
