I am extremely disappointed with Dan Newlin’s attorney office. My daughter was in an accident on I-4 in Orlando when another driver rear-ended her car. After inspection, her car was totaled. Naturally, we reached out to Dan Newlin’s office, expecting legal guidance and support. However, the moment they found out that the at-fault driver’s insurance wouldn’t cover anything, they simply gave up on her case. Instead of fighting for her rights, they called and dropped the case, leaving us to deal with everything on our own. I had to use my own insurance to cover the loss, and now my daughter has nothing. It makes me wonder—why even hire an attorney if I ended up doing all the work myself? What I’ve realized is that Dan Newlin’s office only takes cases they know they will easily win. If a case requires effort or doesn’t promise them a big payout, they won’t even bother. They pick and choose what benefits them, leaving real people like my daughter abandoned when they need help the most. So, thank you, Dan Newlin, for absolutely nothing. Maybe next time, include in your flashy TV commercials how many cases you give up on instead of just the ones you win.
