My experience with Dan Newlin and Partners was a very long one. I started off with a very nice attorney that got a lot of work done for me. Although he did these things, it felt like my case was never ending. Often when I called, it was hard to reach my attorney. I think he may have had too much on his plate because I ended up being appointed a new attorney. Ms. Modoline Altenor took over my case and did wonders. I am very grateful for her! She got the maximum amount for my settlement in such a short time span. She also kept in touch and reassured me that everything would go as planned. She is very professional and she keeps her promises. I would definitely recommend her and this law firm to anyone. Thanks for everything!

I was recently involved in an auto accident after being struck by someone who failed to yield at a stop sign. The accident resulted in a total loss of my vehicle and physical injuries to my wrists that left me with permanent scarring. I had no idea how to start the process of a claim, but after making one phone call to Dan Newlin's office I could not be more happy with all the help I received along the way! I was immediately contacted back (even after hours) by an attorney at their office who helped set up an appointment for a consultation. They sent a field adjuster to my office at my own convenience, saving me money and time away from work! Once they had all the information from my accident they immediately started setting up my doctor appointments and assigned a personal lawyer to my case. My lawyer Edward Wyka is the BEST!!! From the very moment we started corresponding he has been nothing short of amazing. He is personable, considerate, and hard working.
