In the past three years, I have been in two car accidents. In both cases, I called Dan Newlin office. I have had the pleasure of meeting one of the most wonderful attorneys. Mr. David H. Novack was very diligent and knowledgeable as it pertains to my case. I hope I don't ever get into another accident again, but if I do attorney David Novack is my attorney (Case Closed). Thank you for having someone this honest and wonderful on your team.

Katie Miller was great. From start to finish even after my case was closed she still continued to follow up with me to make everything was taken care of.

I got into an accident on October 29, 2017. I called attorney Dan Newlin. That same day Kim Wise called me to see how she could help, she seemed genuinely concerned. I felt special she really cared for me. She called me often to see how I was doing or if I had any questions she could answer. I felt like I gained a friend, that's how she makes you feel. First time getting into an accident, and I had no clue what to do. I called the law firm of Dan Newlin and I was represented by Liza Serrano. This had to be the best decision making experience ever. Liza was able to assist me through all my ups and downs. She is very friendly,soft spoken and understands your needs. Communicating with her was a breeze! Whether you email,fax or call she’s by your side. Liza is able to break down your questions and makes sure it’s being handled in a timely manner. Just the other day my father got his vehicle rear ended pretty bad and asked about Liza to me (just for the fact that I mention her name all the time!)I’m really thankful that I was under Liza through this whole process and I hope you would be too!

From the day the first phone call was made the entire the team was with me throughtout the whole process explaining and working for me and with me until the case was settled. I couldn’t have ask for anything else. Met my expectations and then some. I would definitely recommend them. One of their competitors reached out to me after my cased was closed the irony is that I tried to use them on a different case in the past and was turned downed.

After having a car accident, the other driver's insurance denied my claim while I was actively seeking medical treatment for my injuries. My personal experience was amazing! At first I had attorney Melissa lewis, she was very nice helped with all my questions I had at first but once we filed for trial I was appointed Steven tomesko and paige Smith, they really did alot for me and I'm very appreciative for that Paige Smith always returned my calls and was very nice she made the ending process smooth and stress free (and fast) I was very happy with the ending results
