My son was in a car accident and someone recommended I call The Offices of Dan Newlin. Michael Ghaly handled the case, now I recommend everyone I know to give them a call.

This will sound cliche, however, this is what it is. I was in a car accident quite a few months ago. I had an attorney, but ended up switching to Dan Newlin's office. My attorney was Brian Rush. The help he provided was indeed significant to me. I was able to rely on him without a second thought. I knew from the moment he came to my apartment, that this was a excellent choice on my part to go with him as my new attorney. Whenever I emailed him, he replied in a great amount of time. He was completely honest with me about what was going on with my case. When there was a decision to be made on what to do with my case, he did not take it upon himself to make that for me. He included me, by calling me, letting me know what my options were, giving me his opinion on the matter and allowed me to make the final decision on my own. I hope I am never in an accident again, but for some unforseen reason I am, I will request Brian Rush from the Dan Newlin office again. Thank you Mr. Rush for helping me through these tough few months!

I had the pleasure of having Melissa Lewis as my lawyer from the law offices of Dan Newlin and I must say she kept me informed every step of the way, she was there for me when I had to move cities away and still had to do therapy and additional last appointments she always called back promptly and was always honest and reliable on the process and turnaround times, she understood that life was rough for me since my accident with bills and 5 children and schooling and the need to get my case settled.
