I was involved in an accident February 2017 where i was rear ended by a person traveling at 50 mph, after receiving a ride home that the hospital set up, the driver recommended newlin law, i am sooooo greatful for that recommendation.. after contacting newlin law i was contacted by tara tamoney, i can not say enough about her professionalism, every step of the process tara was right there answering all of my questions and concerns.. thank you newlin law and especially tara tamoney for a very successful monetary outcome to my case.

On 05/01/17 @ approximately 9:30 am I was walking my dog in my neighborhood. We were 3 doors away from completing our walk when a door opened & we were attacked by 3 pit bulls. My rescue dog, Stoli, only weighs 32 pounds so she was in real trouble. I punched & kicked but the dogs would not stop attacking. I had to resort to use my Sog Fast Twitch XL pocket knife that I always carry. This ended the attack. Myself & my dog were pretty beaten up. After the attack I contacted Dan Newlin & Partners. They did all they could to help me but the dog owner had an iron clad "No bite" clause in his home owner's policy. That's when Jack T. Cook stepped in. He was very sorry that they could not pursue the home owner's insurance policy. He did however recover mine & my dog's medical expenses plus an additional sum. This was a very traumatic episode in my life. Thanks to Jack T. Cook I can now put it behind me.

I had the pleasere of workig with attorney Melissa Lewis. She is the absolute best! I was involved in 2 MVAs while pregnant and both within a month apart.
