Will never use again or recommend to anyone. When I needed my lawyer I called and called and never got an answer and I left voice messages and never got call backs. I even sent a message to Dan Newlin himself to explain the situation and make a complaint but never got a respond. This is the worst client care I have ever received.

When I got into a car accident I didn't know what to do. I had to leave school and change my whole career path due to my injuries. I also had to get surgery and didn't have money for it. I seen posters and ads of Dan Newlin and Partners. I then looked through their website and started reading lots of reviews. I thought it was too good to be true, so I gave them a call to find out for myself. I couldn't believe how good they was. Mr. Topper and Mr. Dutch are great at what they do. It took a little time till I won my case but they did what they said they was going to do and I'm very please with their services.

I can't express the level of security I felt the entire time, from the day after my accident, to the final day of the lawsuit. This team of attorneys is just outstanding. Monica went above & beyond, despite knowing I'm not her only client, I always had prompt and effective responses to any & all my concerns. She helped me in ways that were outside her scope of responsibility. I never felt leery of reaching out to her. She was always pleasant to speak with and very upbeat. Confidence and consistency may be the best words to describe her work ethics.
