I was in dire need of legal services following a motorcycle crash that was not my fault. I confided in a very close friend and he put me in touch with Mr. Dan Newlin, Esq. I had an immediate response followed closely by a meeting at my home by one of his partners, Mr. James Simmons, Esq. I knew right away from my conversations with both men, I was in the right hands. They were prompt, professional, courteous, respectful and sincerely caring. My mind was put at ease right away and they went to work on my behalf just as quickly. I provided all the relevant information they asked for and I was updated regularly. They followed my medical treatment and recovery very closely and offered all the encouragement and comfort anyone could ask, and then some. I really felt like I was dealing with family, not a business; I was not just a number, I was someone important to them. They went out of their way to avoid confusing legal jargon, yet when absolutely necessary they also explained it in terms I could clearly understand. The peace-of-mind I was able to maintain while they helped guide me step-by-step-by-step throughout all of the complicated medical, insurance, and legal issues was absolutely invaluable; I would argue my sanity depended upon it. I never saw my case as any kind of a means to get rich or to profit off of anyone else's misfortune - and neither did they. However, I did know that I had rights and protections afforded to me by law and by policies. Their collective expertise allowed me to exercise those rights to the fullest and to obtain a substantial monetary recovery toward my many expenses, now and possibly in the future. It was more than I could have hoped for, certainly way more than I could have done on my own, and to top it off it was far beyond any expectation I had. They have absolutely shattered any false representations or stereotypes I had of professional attorneys. I cannot express my gratitude for how they treated me personally and for how they resolved my case. I would not hesitate to recommend their services without reservation and I will not seek help from anyone else - a grateful and loyal client for life.
