After being in a car accident, which was not my fault and getting home from the hospital, I knew I needed an attorney. Having heard so many good things about Dan Newlin and his associates, I called his office. My case was assigned to Ashlye Cox who took on my case with great vigor right from the beginning. Ashlye Cox kept me well informed and up to date as to how things were progressing. And last, but not least, she would call me, to ask how I was doing and how I was feeling. To me, that is an attorney that truly and sincerely cares for you right down to a personal level.

Had a very good experience with Dan Newlin and partners. Attourney Ryan Rhyce was very helpful and successful with getting me a good return for my injury case. He did a great job by checking on me through out the entire process and kept me up to date with my case and how things were going. If I ever had another accident I would surely call them up again. I got in a horrible car accident 1/16/16. The first law firm to come to mind was Dan Newlin. I gave them a call ASAP and they got right to work. The very next day I was assigned with an adjuster and attorney. Ryan Rhyce was my assigned attorney and he was AMAZING!!! Best experience I've ever had with any law firm/attorney ever!!! Never once did I have to call or wait for any updates on my case, with every new development in my case he called me. He even gave me his personal number, in the event I had any questions or concerns, which I never had to use. Every time I would think of a question or had any concerns, he would end up calling me and, addressed them before I even had a chance to ask. He even called me after work hours and weekends, took time out of his personal time to assure me everything was going how it should be. That made me feel even more confident my case was in good hands and, Ryan had the knowledge and experince to handle all aspects required. I met Dan Newlin personally. He took time from his schedule to meet with me. My case though it was of an unsubstantial amount was treated as if it were for millions. He is unquestionably a man of his word. Honorable, respectful, ethical, and real. He is everything he says he is and im sure he would stand by you. His partners are never out of touch, professional and are there for you. Consider no one else when you need a real lawyer.

I had Ryan Rnyce is my attorney and he was great I have never needed an attorney before but I had a slip and fall he was making sure they took care of me at my Dr appointment and stayed iin contact with me on the progress of the adjusters and he got me 50,000 Thanks Ryan

I was involved in a car accident January 2016. I called the office of Dan Newlin the next morning due to my pain. They were very nice and started not only working on my case but sent me to a chiropractors office immediately. Then i was called that Ryan Rhyce was my attorney. He has been wonderful. I have called him at least 30 times. He has always been there to answer all my questions and concerns. If he is not able to answer my call he will call me back in a few minutes. He was able to get me back the settlement that i was comfortable with. If I were ever involved in another car accident I would call them immediately and request Ryan Rhyce. Thank you!
