I am so thankful that we made the decision to call Dan Newlin's office for help when my son was involved in an accident. Todd W. Gretton was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. His kindness, guidance, and thoughtfulness were amazing. Even though we cannot go forward with further litigation we will gladly call Dan Newlin's office again for assistance if needed because of the care and genuine concern shown to us by Mr. Gretton. Very pleased with the Service I received from "The offices of Dan Newlin". My attorney was Mr. James Simmons, he is very professional and undertanding. It was easy to get in touch if needed. Mr. Simmons handled my case and got it resolved in a very timely manner. Should I ever need legal representation in the future I will be calling Mr. Simmons. I am happy that I gave "The offices of Dan Newlin" a chance. I stumbled upon them on google, like many others. Glad I made the call!

Dan Newlin and his staff, specifically paralegal Sandra Cook successfully negotiated my auto accident lawsuit. They were very on top of my case and always returned my phone calls and emails quickly. I have sent family members to Dan Newlin when they were recently involved in an out of state collision and they were very respectful with my parents explaining every aspect and expectations of their case. We all would definitely call them again if we needed it.
