I got to say that I just meet Dan and he doesn't even know my name because he is not working my case, but he saw me and my mother coming at the parking lot and he didn't even knew we where going to his office and he was very concerned for my mom since she is in a walker and it was very hot outside and when he saw us at the office he was very humble and helpful and he ask my mom if she want it some water or anything. He still doesn't know our names, but he knows that we are ok in his office and that's besides that our lawyer Cynthia Thomas got the max $10,000 of the insurance company for us... Great team Dan!!! Just posting this because people like to post just the bad and not the good and people have to know who really care about people!!! God bless... A+

Very happy that I retained Laura Lee Shields to represent me when I was involved in an accident caused by a drunk driver who fled the scene and had zero insurance. September 2013 I was in a car accident and I retained the services of Dan Newlin & Partners. After reviewing my case Jason Herman was assigned as my attorney along with his paralegal team. I went through several months of therapy and my doctor had determined that my injuries need further medical care and surgery. We informed the defendant lawyer's that the settlement offered would not cover the future medical care caused by their client. So they took the stance that my injuries were pre exciting and they would not compensate me for prior conditions. That when Jason and his team went to work on holding them and their client responsible. The put together a magnificent case and we proceeded to get ready for trial. Jason Herman and fellow colleagues Scott didn't leave anything to chance as they prepaired for trial. They presented the facts and backed all of it up with professional medical witnesses who had no stake in thee outcome. The jury finally heard both side's of the arguments and came back with there decision. They agreed that the defendant was responsible for my injuries and that he should pay for my currant medical expenses but for future care and surgery they didn't rule in our favor. It was somewhat disappointing but I truly felt that Jason Herman and his team at Dan Newlin and partners put on a respectful, truthful and fact filled case. I am prod to say that they represented me and I wouldn't hesitate using there firm in the future.Thank you Jason and the rest of the attorney's at Dan Newlin & Partners. Your are truly the best. I got into an accident July 2015 and got hit from behind. I went to the hospital and afterwards contacted the offices of Dan Newlin. (It was the first one I saw on tv) I am extremely happy that I did. I have not ever been in an accident where I was injured and I would say this was the best experience I could've had. The investigators met me on my time and they were polite and helpful. My attorney Todd Gretton was very kind, informative, and helped me understand anything I wasn't sure about. I was involved in a car accident on June 20, 2015 which was not my fault. Immediately after waking up after surgery I told my girlfriend to call a lawyer, she called Dan Newlin. She was directly connected to Mr. Newlin and He came to the hospital within hours accompanied by Dutch Anderson. They were not at all worried about my case, but my well-being as well as my girlfriends. Dutch was amazing in every sense of the word. He was always available and returned all calls and emails within the day. My case was settled in less than 10 months for nearly the entire policy.
