I was wrongfully hurt in an accident between my Vespa and a car. I'm a very physical person and the accident injured my right knee. Mark Frisen of the Newlin offices looked out for me. He stood up for my best interest when the car insurance company (progressive) was trying to pull the wool over my eyes and suggested that I didn't need to get a lawyer and wanted to settle 2 weeks after my accident. Luckily, Mark was there to deal with the insurance company so I could go on with my life and not have to be stressed and confused by of the legalese, that way I could focus on getting better at physical therapy. I received the maximum payout of $25,000 and I couldn't.'t be happier.

I was in an accident in December of 2013 and within a week I contacted Dan Newlin's office. Mr. Newlin sent Mr. Steve Kronick to our home to speak with me and my husband about the facts of the accident. Mr. Kronick was a very kind individual who was empathetic about our situation and he assured us that his firm would assist us in every way they could.
