I worked with Logan Young one of Mr. Newlins attorneys. Logan was attentive to my case from the minute I opened it. I opened my case back in June and through out the entire 7 month process Logan was there every step of the way to give me answers when I had questions, and to offer his expertise when I was running into things I had not dealt with before, and point me in the right direction when it came to settling my case. I was injured (neck injuries) as a result of a car accident and it was the first time I've ever had to take it to a lawsuit, if I had to do it again I would put my trust in Logan and Mr. Newlins firm for sure.

Admittedly, I know and have known many Attorneys; along with a few Federal Judges. In reality, I believe most of them are narcissistic and will say or promise anything to obtain your case. After signing the contract you may or may not speak to them, or receive any case information, until the time to mediate. Dan Newlin seems to have grasped the true understanding of the victim's needs. While I can only speak on the professionalism of my staff Attorney, Tracy McDuffie, I can validate that Mr. Newlin made a much appreciated call to me after I hired his firm to represent my case Mr. McDuffie was in contact with me on a regularly scheduled "updating" phone call. His concern about his client(s) and the passionate drive to work for victims should be concretely set as the template for ALL Attorneys. Mr. McDuffie asked what did I want? Did I get it? Yes. After becoming a victim of a drunk driver I didn't know who to contact. A friend of mine referred me to Dan Newlins office. My attorney Brent Riggle has done an outstanding job at keeping me updated on everything. He understands how financially frustrating it is to have such a tragidy interfere with life. Mr. Newlin and his Associate Thomas Sherod were absolutely great in handling my case. Although the guilty party had minimal insurance, I was able to get the medical help I needed along with the follow-up care after surgery. And even though the medical care and therapy far exceeded the amount of the insurance coverage. Mr. Newlin and associates aggressive negotiated with the doctors and re-habb facilities to adjust the fees so that enough was left over for me to continue therapy after the case was settled. Most importantly, this law group really does care about their clients. When things were not going as I thought they should be, both Thomas and Mr. Newlin emailed me on Christmas day indicating it was the insurances laws that were causing the problems, not the firm. Mr. Newlin also offered to meet with me at my home. I found that to be profound. I have dealt with a few lawyers in my time, some not so brilliant, some uncaring and some unskilled at the task they sign on for. Newlin and Associates ARE NOT ONE OF THESE! They truly care for their clients, are adept at what they do and care. Their portion of the proceeds were less than all the claimants involved. I hope that I am never am injured in an accident again, but if that does happen, they are my first and only call for legal representation.
