I had a car accident in October 2014 where the driver ran a red light and T-boned me going about 50 mph. I was injured with back and neck injuries and some bruising and air bag burn. I contacted Dan Newlin's office and they were quick to set me up and it was a very easy process. Had months of recovery and rehabilitation to try and help my back. My attorney, Greg Ackerman, was assigned to my case and we extremely helpful in every step along the way. He answered any questions I had and it was easy for him to pretty much take the lead and practically take care of the case for me. If heaven forbid, something happens like this to me or a friend or family member, I will be sure to refer them to Dan Newlin's office and hopefully get them passed on to Mr. Ackerman. I chose dan newlin and partners last year in november 2014....I had modoline as my attorney and she is awesome.... always explained to me exactly what was going on with my case and i never had to be left guessing what the next step was.... she got me back way more than what i was expecting and she is the most wonderful attorney i have ever dealt with... always told me to hang in there and promised the wait would be well worth it and was she exactly right yes she was.... glad i chose to go with this law firm and glad she was the one to take my case she is one awesome lady!!!!!!

I was fortunate enough to work with 2 wonderful attorneys at Dan Newlin Law Group. Attny. Scott L. was the one who finished out my case, and currently finishing my son's. We retained the Dan Newlin group after my son and I were in a serious car accident this past March, when a drunk driver tboned us. Unfortunately, Florida really sucks when it comes down to laws, and holding one liable for wrong doing. The person who hit us, didn't have much insurance and I didn't carry uninsured motors. With that said, my medical bills alone exceeded the billable amount on the policy. I should have not seen a dime from the case. If Scott didn't work as hard as he did; lowering my cost with each of the doctors and radiologist, I would not have been able to have any sort of recovery. I originally was with a different law firm, and switched to Dan Newlin after a month of headaches with this other firm. I can't begin to tell you how glad I am that I switched. They bent over backwards and then some for us. I must add that I know I wasn't the most pleasant at times, but Scott always held his composure and stayed professional at all times. I was involved in a bad car accident in November of 2014 on 436 and Dan Newlin and partners gladly took my case.
