Ms Mai is knowledge and demonstrates expert knowledge in the legal arena. She is very personable, and professional. I felt very comfortable when I first met her. She is an excellent communicator. She allowed me to ask multiple questions and she took the time to explain it to me in terms that I understood. She is very detailed oriented and she makes sure everything is done correctly. The documents were prepared in a timely manner. My telephone calls to her were responded back to me immediately. She reviewed the documents in detail with me. What I did not understand she again explained it in a very calm and pleasant manner. When I came to her office I felt as thought I was the most important person. Her attention was focused on me and my affairs. I was pleasantly surprised when I came to pick up my documents, she presented me with a fire proof safe with lock and key to safe guard my documents. Amy is my "go-to" attorney. As a Realtor, I depend heavily on her to assist me and my clients through the closing process. She is a consummate professional---patient, responsive, and quick to assist.
