First I would like to acknowledge David Mallen for beingblessing us with a Great Man, Father and Husband, and Attorney Mr. David Mallen to assist me in my time of need. Mr. David Mallen not only constantly kept me updated but so did his assistant Mrs. Joe. Mr. Mallen and his staff of great legal minds devoted with the will power of helping people made me feel like a somebody. The treated me with respect dignity and Honor as if I was still in the U.S. Army. I had fallen to the bottom of the barrel in society removing human waste from porta potties . While employed society treated me like the waste I was sucking into the truck. I was in a auto accident rear ended mistreated and fired lied on and even tried to intemidate me to drop my workman compensation lawsuit. But through it all Mr. Mallen stood by my side and helped me in the most important time of my life. He won me a substantial amount of money and had medical bills taken care of. I felt like a man again. I would recommend Mr. David Mallen to assist in all workman compensation claims from those who felt like me cast out of society to the men making more than six figure we all need attorney that believe in justice and fighting when our voices go unheard. Mr. Mallen has worked on my case for 6 long years, (not his fault, the company we are up against has fought for that long) In that time Mr. Mallen has won all the appeals and hearings. David did a wonderful job with my Worker's Compensation case. For seven years he stood by me, handled all the little battles and then won the war. He would call just to see how I was doing, keep me updated, and made sure problems were handled. I can't even begin to explain what we went through during those years.
