I am a new Homeowner and so I know nothing about Real Estate law. I wanted to know if I had a possible claim against the sellers due to damage that wasn't disclosed. Jose was the ONLY lawyer that actually responded to me within a few hours. No one else made themselves available to me so quickly. He gave me great and honest advice. I left the conversation knowing exactly what my next steps were. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.

I called Jose Oliveira's office on a Saturday and left my number with his secretary. He called me back in one hour (on a Saturday). I let him know up front that I had a few questions and was not sure that I needed his services. In the course of a 45 minute call, Jose patiently answered all of my questions and would have spent more time with me if I had needed it. He also told me that I could call him again if any new questions came up before I decide what to do. Excellent, attentive, caring service.
