I hired Myers & Eichelberger & Russo to help me out with my mortgage situation that I paid them $1350.00 so they can help me out with my problem I would email Mr Adams and Mrs Darcy and it was always were waiting after talking my self to my Mortgage Company they told me that the paper work was all incorrect and send the wrong dates I called them and told them I did not want there service because they never did nothing that was suppose to be I email them including Mr John and look at his response Mrs. Alvarez, In reviewing your file, it looks as though quite a bit if work was done on your behalf. Per our contract, we agreed to accept a flat monthly fee for the services but in the event that there is a dispute over fees we calculate our time at $250 per hour for attorneys and $185 per hour for paralegals. The amount of fees calculated this way is greater than the amount you actually paid so unfortunately, We will not be able to offer you a refund. Best regards, Jonathan D. Do not recommend! Does not communicate with you, bills constantly. Then will drop you claiming that you are the one who didn’t communicate. Adam, Owen, and Darcy will make you feel as though you’re wrong for asking questions about why you’re being billed and nothing is being done. I can’t stress enough that they don’t communicate with you! You will have no idea what is going. Please read all reviews before using this law firm. I wish I would have. Things that everyone else has written about ME not communicating, over billing, treating you rudely, are all true I just wish I would have done my research on them before I hired them.

I would like to share how extremely please I am with the legal services Adam Russo provided me on behalf of my father’s estate. Adam was recommended to me by another attorney for good reason. He quickly engaged to assist me with my pending legal issues the summer of 2021. I was just notified by Adam my legal issues have been successfully concluded and his services are now completed as of September 2023. During this two plus year engagement, Adam was factual, timely and accurate with every aspect of my required legal activities. Additionally, he was very punctual and accurate with all updates and related communications. I can’t speak highly enough for everything Adam provided me and would not hesitate to engage him in the future if needed and recommend him to anyone seeking great legal services. If I could rate this law firm with no stars I would, I hired them right at a year ago to do a Loan Modification with my Mortgage company. During a year timeframe they received $10,000.00 total and I had little to no communications from them, when I wrote to them to let them know my dissatisfaction, Immediately I hear from Mr. Owen and he was so defensive I let it go and said I want communications, same thing only communications was when money was due. I write to them once again and this time I was sent another defensive email and that was followed up with a letter of them no longer representing me. I requested some refund of the money paid and that was ignored. I hired another attorney and this one as gotten more accomplished and I was informed all the way in 3 days then I received from this law firm in one year. I would be very cautious if you are going to use this law firm, They should not be allowed to practice law in my opinion. They take advantage of people when they have fallen on hard times!!

I was referred to The ME Law Firm to address my deceased father's Will re Probate. The Attorneys affiliated with the firm quickly got the ball moving and consistently addressed the case throughout the period needed. The Attorneys would respond very promptly to any emails which I sent, return phone calls made to them, answer questions and concerns that I had and too, responded promptly to various aspects of the case as they surfaced. The expertise of the Attorneys was made very evident and I relied heavily on their assistance which was always readily forthcoming. I felt heard and they had a compassionate understanding of the situation involved while also providing me with excellent legal guidance and their expertise with regards to the law and the boundaries within it. After multiple tries of trying to get out of my BlueGreen timeshare, I was referred to Owen @ ME Law. He was straight forward, didn’t over promise and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this firm!!!

In 2017, it started out well, we were told it should take no more than 6 months for a loan mod. Here we are SEVEN YEARS LATER, and the mod offered is more than twice what we came in with. It's extremely difficult to get help with anything. I won't hear from them for months, then all of sudden they ask for money. The last request in July, a change of wording on a letter, they finally moved on it today September 18th, and only deleted a paragraph which I could have done myself. It's extremely disappointing. Owen is very unprofessional. He has insulted me on every level, and has made assumptions instead of finding out the truth. Plus, he just admitted to laughing at me with the group behind my back. In writing I have that.How juvenile. Rather than talking things through, he tries all sorts of manipulation tactics. Three years ago, I changed my email - I sent it to him by text first. They still don't have it right. In addition, they have sent me other clients personal financial information by mistake many times. Also, they can barely keep employees - a very clear sign!! They want to be paid for doing nothing? For letting things escalate? For being rude, trying to guilt me into doing things, for being unprofessional, negligent and unresponsive?? If I could leave zero stars I would. I have dealt with lawyers before - this is the very bottom!! Stay away. Find someone whose actions match their words, who has your back and has integrity. Oh, and very important, a law firm who listens. Not one who threatens, gaslights, and neglects and laughs at you. I have that in writing by the way. Shall I post that?? Listening is the key skill. We fired you today on Sept 18th - you withdrew after that. On Monday.Lie all you want. It's not the truth. This is not the one. Keep searching. I will be. They have shown: *Unprofessional behavior; *Failure to communicate; *Inexperienced in the practice area; *Lack of attention towards my case; *Ethical concerns about the attorneys conduct *Lack of dedication and aggressive representation on your behalf. We agreed to 6 MODS and did everything asked of us!! You dropped the ball or they did and you did nothing - every time they played a game with us told us to pay then no we don't accept payments from you - they would ask for more tech time per month instead of less. You broke your promise so many times and could are less. That's the worst mistake in this business. **********Epic fail!
