Paula filed an EB5 for me with a contract "... for EB5 Visa...", so not only for the original filing. Back then she insured me that it would not be additional cost for the request for evidence which was expected. Now that we received the request for evidence, she is asking for additional attorney fees and also advised to hire another attorney due to the case been too technical for her. The contract is very clear that additional attorney fee can be charged for request for evidence but only "... for information neither disclosed nor provided to the attorney by CLIENT.", which is not the case. But she would refuse to enforce the contract regardless. I waited about 3 years for my file to be process, have one shot to answer it within about two months time frame from now and I am very very busy. So I think it is way too easy for Paula to taking advantage of the situation, this is absolutely unacceptable.
