Dan Newlin's law firm is GREAT! I contacted Dan Newlin’s law firm for my auto accident in hopes they weren’t like the rest! Here I am, 20 years old and not knowing anything about car accidents, my rights or the process of filing a claim. From the very first phone call to the firm; I knew I did a right choice by contacting Dan Newlin and Partners! I was guided every step of the way, received the best care for my injuries and I even referred a couple of my friends too! My attorney was aggressive and I knew he would represent me the best way he could. I was fairly compensated to get enough money to furnish my entire apartment and was even able to buy my first car of the year!

I was involved in an accident in Mar,2013 which left me with neck injury. I called Dan Newlin's office about a month after thinking I might have waited to long, but they assured me that I still had time. Dan Newlin and Dutch Anderson whom represented me are wonderful kind hardworking people, who care about their clients. I have met all of the attorneys there personally and could not have been treated better. When I contacted Dutch Anderson I was at the end of my rope. I had no income and My 76 year old mother and I were barley getting by. Medical problems after 20 years of nursing had left be legally blind and unable to function because of several medical issues. I applied for disability, and I was turned down. Dutch Anderson and his staff ( Debbie) did not turn me away. They lifted me up, they when no one else did, said don't worry we will do the work you and don't worry. It was quite a long fight, more so for them. Then we had our day in court. As soon as Mr. Anderson walked off the elevator I was calm. We won, he not only won my case he saved my life in so many ways I could never thank him enough times. he even offered to pay our tolls for the greenway before we left. How many people would do that for you? In the year since winning my case, my health has taken many twists and turns, I had skin cancer on my face which is now surgically removed and my face repaired by plastic surgery. I could never have done this prior to my medicare benefits. A year later Mr. Anderson is still saving me. This law firm is dedicated to their clients. I am a nobody and they made me feel like family. They were with me every step of the way. . If you need help they are the ones to call. I know now then if life falls apart I have someone I can can turn too. And that's Dan Newlin and Dutch Anderson without a doubt.

Waist of time Rude

This law firm has a commercial that states, "don't be a victim twice", but that is exactly what they did to my mother. The attorney that was assigned to my mother's case did not fight for my mother, in fact he ignored her calls for months and then gave lame excuses as to what was taking so long. When the attorney finally decided to contact my mother to settle her case he told her she would only get a very minimum amount for her injuries because she was old and injuries were inevitable because of her health, not because of the moron that hit her. As far as I am concerned this law firm is one that works for the insurance companies and my poor mother is a victim.

The law firm's website is misleading. From the AUTOMOBILE menu near the middle of the page it states. This is a quote under the FAULT section. "Fault No matter who is initially believed to be at fault in an accident, all parties should immediately consult with an experienced lawyer. Such a consultation is crucial to protecting the legal rights of all involved in a serious auto accident. Time is of the essence in severe auto accidents because physical evidence can be lost, witnesses' memories fade, and recovery of expenses by the victim can be delayed. This is why all law firms recommend you immediately contact an experienced personal injury attorney after an auto accident." Upon a live Chat with Jesse it seems that the firm is not interested in defending clients, only in prosecuting other's clients. Sadly the conversation was not any more useful to me than that. Disappointed with this law firm.
