I would not recommended this firm if you have a complex immigration case. The firm was initially hired for a removal of conditions case but upon review of the client's criminal case that would also have an impact on immigration, the firm continued to charge for the removal of conditions case. A plea deal in the criminal case resulted in the client being detained by immigration. The attorney appeared at bond hearing for the immigration court by phone. While this is permitted, we believe that this had a negative impact on the judge's impression of the case. The attorney was also not prepared with the records from the criminal case whe. The judge asked if he had reviewed the record. Since the attorney hadn't reviewed the records, this resulted in waiting more than an hour while this information was faxed by the judge's clerk to the attorney. This criminal records were forwarded to the attorney prior to the bond hearing even being scheduled. The attorney later 'found' the records in his email after the hearing. The attorney did not make any arguments in favor of bond and did not reserve the right to appeal the decision on bond. The only right that the attorney reserved was the right to appeal the order of removal. After the order of removal was issued, the attorney offered to waive all further fees and cease representation. No further relief was offered and no other options to appeal the order of removal were pursued. If this firm was hired simply to handle the paperwork of a removal of conditions case, or any other paperwork case they are probably very good at their job. But if you or your loved one is at risk of deportation, I would not recommend this law firm. Make sure you pick someone who will show up for you and actually represent you. They should try to make arguments to support the client. Not sit there silently and wait for the judge to reach their own conclusions.
