Run! Not only is she a horrible lawyer but she doesn’t even have basic respect her clients.

She handled my case efficiently and that's about what we all look for when going through a divorce. I found her knowledgeable, trustworthy, and charming. She really lifted my spirits and was a Pitbull when dealing with my (now) ex. About those 1-star reviews, I would tend to believe that not even Jesus himself would want to deal with them.

I first hired Annabelle in 2016 on a recommendation from a friend. From our first meeting I knew I had the right Lawyer. Annabelle was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout my case. When tragedy struck my family during this time Annabelle was my rock. She was there for me when others were not, answering my calls no matter what time of day or night. Her strength gave me strength. She is not only a great Attorney but she is a GOOD person. She cares about people and especially those who need help. She IS my attorney! Thank you Annabelle!

Very Responsive. She even answers emails in the middle of the night. I have no idea what the bad reviews are about but they are not talking about this attorney. Really insincere people to be posting anonymously.

Where do I start I hired Annabelle in 2014 for a Divorce Case and still till this day June 2018 I get no response from her. I email and call her and no answer it has been months. I can not believe the stress she has caused me and my family. I just want closure and she just doesn't care. I do not recommend her as an Attorney.

Annabelle ,The worse attorney, do not waste your money. This lawyer is a headache, we hired her in May 2015 and since has not done a thing with our case, she has no time and always has excuses, basically she just took the money and did nothing, is difficult to communicate because she does not answer or return calls, misses appointments and lies saying that your case is filed but when you check nothing has been filed.

I hired Annabelle back in August 2015 to do a child support modification, and till this day she has not done a thing with my case. I am still paying child support for a child that lives on her own. Annabelle is very slow to communicate and return correspondence. I also never even received a contract or any form of services outline for what she would be doing. Its now Dec 22, 2015 and I am going to use another attorney, but now she won't give me my retainer back. According to what I found while researching this issue, she doesn't have a choice in the matter but she still refuses to refund my money. RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT 4-1 CLIENT-LAWYER RELATIONSHIP RULE 4-1.5 FEES AND COSTS FOR LEGAL SERVICES (e) Duty to Communicate Basis or Rate of Fee or Costs to Client and Definitions. (1) Duty to Communicate. When the lawyer has not regularly represented the client, the basis or rate of the fee and costs shall be communicated to the client, preferably in writing, before or within a reasonable time after commencing the representation. A fee for legal services that is nonrefundable in any part shall be confirmed in writing and shall explain the intent of the parties as to the nature and amount of the nonrefundable fee.

Ms. Catania-Pratt has been my attorney for approximately a year now, and I am amazed by how dedicated she is to her clients. She takes each case personally, and invests herself wholeheartedly on behalf of each of her clients. I've noticed her up at the crack of dawn working, working all day, and working well into the wee hours of the morning, whether she was sick or had other things going on in her life. She is a brilliant attorney with experience not only in family law, but in other areas of law, even though her primary focus is family law. She has a strong financial background, which has been essential in my case. She is passionate and driven, and owns the courtroom when she appears in court! I don't think you could find an attorney who is more qualified at what she does, and as compassionate toward her clients as she is. Even when she went through her own divorce and was recruited to work as a partner heading the family law division for one of the biggest and most well-known firms in Central Florida, she remained dedicated to her clients, and left the firm immediately when she felt her ability to give her clients 100% of the attention they deserved was going to suffer if she remained in the "large firm" environment. I couldn't speak more highly of this attorney and I have and will continue recommending her to anyone looking for a strong family law attorney!

This lawyer missed major details in my family law case. I didn't realize this until long after the papers were signed and I figured it out my self. And she missed upwards of 10 phone appointments and ignored numerous emails. She went to work for Nejame law firm for about 6 months (if that) and now she has disappeared. Do your self a favor and get a real lawyer that won't whine to you about her own divorce.

I feel so fortunate to have found Annabelle Catania-Pratt to represent me in my very complicated case. She showed so much patience, kindness and attention to me, and when it came time to go to court, she was so poised, confident, knowledgeable and professional. She believed in me and knew my case inside and out, and she was there for me every step of the way during the most stressful time of my life. Annabelle is the most superior and professional attorney that I have had represent me in my family law case.
