I’ve been wanting to write this recommendation since the first day I stepped into the office of Ayo and Iken. If that doesn’t say it all, I don’t know what does. I came in there alone and terrified, and I walked out feeling heard and empowered. The person responsponsible for that is Jason Ponder. He is a cut throat attorney in the most elegant way, and most of all, with heart. He took the worst moments of my life and turned them into a victory for both me and my children. He litigated my case with an outcome that was far more than I had asked for, going into it. And I will forever be grateful for, not just the outcome, but how he handled it every step of the way. Divorce in Florida is somewhat technical but can be navigated with the proper information and guidance. Mr. Ponder never gave me an indication that my case was routine. I felt connected and aware of all aspects. It is never easy, but it can be solved without excessive damage to either party. Mr. Ponder proved to be quite savvy and in the end, I would select him again.

Jason Ponder and Angela Fleurius did and outstanding job with my divorce and child support case. I hired Jason a year into a 3 year divorce case, because my first attorney was in way over her head. Had I not found Jason my life today would be ruined. When I met Jason I was still in a divorce, and paying out over $2,500 a month in child support, and that was before I ever been inside a court room. At the end of my divorce I was able to have time with my 3 children, and that $2,500 a month went down to $121.39 a month in child support. But Anglea took my calls and we even had some good laughs together. I’m going to miss those two. But it’s like to told Anglea if you don’t hear from me, that means everything is fine. Lol, I have been trying to figure out who Jason reminds me of, and I think I finally got it, he has this emilio estevez thing going on, the lawyer in the mighty ducks movie. Our adoption attorney was Mr. Jason ponder. He was AMAZING. Very courteous, knew what he was talking about and on point with everything. Even with us being a same sex couple not once did he make us feel different. He made us very comfortable through the whole process. We are so glad we hired him.
