When the accident happened they were very interested in helping me. But once the papers were signed it became a ghost show. The case worker that I was assigned (Emily) went on vacation for a couple weeks without a word. When she got back I got a text telling me how I needed to call the defendants insurance to get my car fixed. But when I tried to reach back out I have not heard anything for 2 months. I have texted, called cell, called office and left messages but no reply. I tried to talk to the receptionist asking to talk to a human and all she will do is give me the voicemail of my case worker. I have repeatedly asked for her to call me and get nothing. So I guess I will be looking for a new lawyer as I can not get any reply. I am sure this lawyer may be good, but I feel like my case/pain is not important enough to get a reply. Update, Changing Lawyers is not as easy as it sounds. After the review and trying to talk to the lawyer I finally got the case worker that told me how her phone was not working and voice mails was down. Just a lot of excuses. When it got close to ending I got another person that had even more excuses why things were taking so long and he couldn't call me when he said he would. Finally I got some help from someone that understands what I was dealing with. Rachel was a real rock star and the ONLY reason I changed my rating of this lawyer. If this guy was smart he would hire more people like her. Having a staff that does not care about your clients is a very poor business model.
