Nicolette handled a very difficult case, defending my wife and I against a homeowner's association. This case had dragged on for several years and through several different attorneys for both sides, before hiring her. We were facing a lien and possible foreclosure. Fortunately, Nicolette navigated us through this complex and difficult situation. Her vast knowledge of homeowner associations and the Florida statutes that govern them, along with her tenaciousness, helped bring this case to a favorable closure for us. I highly recommend her.

We went through 3 (THREE!!) lawyers who pretended to have the knowledge and expertise necessary to help us with our situation. To be fair, it wasn't a cut and dry problem but nobody we had hired had the decency to tell us that they weren't fully prepared to fight for us. They were quick to take our money though. And then Nicolette came along. We spent 8yrs and 3 lawyers trying to solve our problem and she cam along and had it taken care of in 6 months. She didn't rip us off like the others and she actually answered her emails. We had begun to think that all lawyers sucked, but she changed that for us. She actually showed us that she cared about our case and every step of the way she kept us informed and took all of our thoughts and feelings into consideration with how the case was handled. I have only amazing things to say about her and mostly that she made us believe that there are good lawyers out there. I hate to sound like a tv commercial but if anyone I know ever needs a lawyer, she's the ONLY one I would recommend.
