Jason helped me in my difficult divorce case. He led me through the process of filing the correct paperwork with police and the court and through collecting evidence. He advised me what I need to say in court. If it wasn't for hish help, I would have lost everything, including my children to my ex. Jason helped me with his excellent litigation skills to turn my hopeless situation around in court. Divorce is stressful enough, but having the right attorney in your corner is very much helpful. I highly recommend him as a divorce attorney, especially in difficult cases. Not every lawyer will have compassion like Jason has, most of them will gladly take your money and scare you into giving up or giving half of everything to your ex. I am so over the moon happy and thankful for going through this process with Jason as my lawyer. Hands down, my case was so complicated, to say the least. Over the last 6 months I have been working with Mr. Phillips to get an arrangement with my ex for time share with my kids. This is something I have been trying for over 4 years to get taken care of and he was able to help me accomplish it in 6months! He is kind, but factual. He works hard to get you a fair outcome. Jason Brian Phillips Has represented us on two separate matters, and BOTH times we prevailed. He takes the time to understand the problem fully, then uses his expertise to bring about a resolution. I worked with Jason a little over a year to resolve a lawsuit an attorney office pursued against me. I’ve never been sued before and I was researching the best attorneys in my area and Jason popped up. I called about 7pm on a Friday not, I expected to leave a vm and have him return my call the following week. To my surprise he was still working and assured me he would be able to assist me with this matter. After months of going back and forth with the other lawyer Jason did settle the case for me. I no longer owed the debt and they dropped there suit against me. I recommend him for anyone and he is someone I will refer to in case of any legal needs.
