As a business owner I was very disappointed in the service the lawfirm provided. Not responsive at all. I'd never felt so less important while needing help with business. Kirk Herzog is not good at returning phone calls or emails. Really needed help and they let me down. Moving on to a firm that will actually do what they claim in their marketing. Hard pass.

Bogin, Munns & Munns represented my mom by stopping a garnishment of her Social Security by the VA. My mom was 98 and had Dementia. Jackie LaVerne Esq. treated her with respect, dignity and did an excellent job getting her social security reestablished. My family is extremely grateful for their assistance and professionalism. It is Stephanie , she monitor my case to fight 3 month , finically I pay “$0 “ to pay plaintiff. She charge my case 2.2hours ( less $700) to close the case. The legal assistant for your family law division was not personable. Didn't know who she was reaching out to, lacked empathy and didn't ask any probing questions.
