Very Sharp and has manners. He took his time and helped me a lot. To me, he went out of his way. I know alot of peoples, and I know realtors, and a few hundred people in the gyms. The word spreads around. People know me over 30 years, and they know I only deal with decent people.

Don't waste your time hoping to get HOA help from these lawyers! I wrote them a detailed letter on 6/28/24 asking for an estimate to help me fight issues with my Coquina Key HOA and they did not even have the decency to respond!!!

From the first meeting with Erum we knew that we were about to retain the best legal team to represent our small HOA. They have been super responsive to a recent covenant violation issue, they listen and do a wonderful job explaining the next steps to be taken.
