My husband and I went in for a consultation yesterday. If you are fine with the attorney being 30 minutes late, taking the money before the service was rendered, looking at her watch and phone many times during the meeting, not reviewing the notes we made and, when we started to speak, she cut us off. Wow, where to begin, how refreshing. I contacted KISTEMAKER Law to assist with contract details in regard to the sale of my 92 year old mothers waterfront home to a commercial developer for a major project. Erum kISTEMAKER was well qualified, reassuring and thorough in regards to our expectations and obligations. So extremely welcoming from the first moment we spoke. This group of attorneys has exceeded all of our expectations. My family and I have been in the Ormond Beach area for many, many years and have been looking for this exact service, A collaboration of well versed attorneys that always make us feel that we are the most important client in the office. The fact that they are all beautiful, compassionate and well educated women just makes it the icing on the cake. When they put their minds together it is unbelievable, I had to just sit back in amazement and listen. Next agenda, moving onto revision of will/trust , their knowledge in this area is as impressive as their expertise in the development of commercial land/ contract. Wow, it is just such a relief to get these major necessities in life in order, something I have been putting off for so long because it’s so hard to find qualified people that give you the reassurance to know that things are handled 100%. All these positive reviews have to be fixed. Our experience with these people was that they make promises and then leave you flat. Then they take your money. Their comments below are false. My wife and I were clients. We were terribly disappointed with them. They did nothing for us except lighten our bank account. They even charged us for emails and phone calls. They also became very rude. Stay away! You can do much better. More false information below. It shows how insecure they are about their integrity. My wife has been grossly misquoted and supports me 100%.
