Jared is a premium lawyer who will get the outcome you are looking for. He is a realist, and extremely attentive to detail. If you are going to be hiring a lawyer, take the leap and go with the best. His time is not cheap but he is worth every penny.

My husband and I highly recommend hiring Frankel Law Firm for any and all Family Law matters. We went through probably one of the most drawn out and exhausting child custody cases ever, Mr Frankel and his team made sure we knew they were there for my husband every step of the way! They provided so much support and made sure we were well prepared during this difficult time. Mr Frankel and his team are very responsive to any questions and concerns we had throughout the case, they made sure they listened and provided us with a peace of mind when it felt like we were fighting a never ending battle. Mr. Frankel has been a wonderful throughout my court case for custody of my daughter in 2020. Even to date when situations arise, he is there to give advice and counsel. 10/10 highly recommend.

I had previously written a positive review, however under reconsideration and in light of the events to follow, I feel like this is important to note. Although Frankel Law Firm is very timely and efficient in filing, I was underrepresented in my case. During mediation with my convicted (DV/battery/strangulation) ex husband, in order to finalize divorce and parenting plans, I was strong armed by the mediator into agreeing to a plan I was very vocally uncomfortable with due to the nature of the crimes. Despite there being a transcript of the sentencing hearing, I was told this was the best deal I would receive. Instead of being properly represented and holding off on mediation until obtaining an amended sentencing order based off of the judge's statement, I was allowed to be pressured into an agreement to move the case along. As a result of this very significant neglect, despite my very verbal and visible concerns, my ex husband reoffended during one of the visitations which placed my children and myself in a ridiculous amount of danger. He is now serving prison time for his offenses towards me. This further abuse, with my children present, should have been avoided with more aggressive representation. Although my case is unique and complicated, we were put in more danger with this negligence. I feel as though this is important information to consider with any presence of violence or abuse.

The way Erum is extremely inappropriate, unprofessional, unpleasant and frankly unethical is astounding. People like that should NOT be allowed to practice law. I'm working on a formal complaint to the BAR association.
