Attorney Karp did a thorough review of my past estate planning documents, including the titling of my deed. He made a complete revision of both. The documents he prepared are very detail oriented and comprehensive. I was extremely pleased with the final product.

Both my elderly mother and aunt were running short on funds and unable to continue paying for senior living services on their own towards the end of 2016. We had heard that Mr. Karp and his staff were particularly adept at helping clients navigate the labyrinth-like process of filing for long term nursing home Medicaid, so we contacted his office for assistance. As far as my husband and I are concerned, the money we paid Mr. Karp and his staff for their services was one of the best investments we ever made! Other than our having to submit all the necessary Medicaid eligibility documentation to Attorney Karp's office, his staff did everything concerning completion of the application and dealing directly with Florida DCF. I first met with Joe Karp about 10 years ago to create a Family Trust for the benefit of my father in law and did some Medicaid planning in anticipation of my father in law's future needs. My father in law was 87 at the time. Fast forward 10 years, my father in law was recently transferred to a nursing home and shortly after he was admitted we applied for Medicaid for him. Joe Karp organized our Trust document and a case in which my wife and I were trustees, after our friend died. In all contacts, and there were many, Mr. Karp exhibit exceptional interest in our situation and helped us understand the legal ramifications of various Federal and state laws. I was particularly happy that he always used language understandable to non-legal client. While attorneys have time as their tool of the trade, we had ample time to explore our details and ask question.
