Gordon & Doner is without doubt a top-notch firm. My attorney was Scott Fischer and his assistant is Beth. I can't say enough about their professionalism, caring and communication. To start with, I have experience in the legal field, so I went in with more knowledge than the average person about how these cases work. Quite frankly, I wasn't sure I would have a case at all, but Scott listened to my concerns, and immediately got to work investigating. It's important to understand that during the investigative process, your attorney is taking all the risk - paying staff and contractors to research your case that may very well turn out to be worth nothing. So contrary to popular opinion, good attorneys will not take any case that walks in the door - they want to do their research - and that is the mark of a good and ethical firm. So that said, having seen cases drag on for years, I prepared myself for a long wait. To the contrary, my case was resolved in months, with the maximum settlement possible achieved. I should add that they could have billed more by extending the case, but did not do so - just one example of many I could give to demonstrate their integrity. I received consistent, clear and helpful updates on a regular basis, and both Scott and Beth responded quickly whenever I had questions. They also took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. I cannot think of a single way that any aspect of my case could have been handled better, and I would not hesitate to send anyone I know to Gordon & Doner for representation. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the services I received. The Attorney Scott. Fisher was extremely RUDE he called me stupid and asked me if I understood plain English , simply because I had questions. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. Then when I asked for my complete file to go to a different attorney they wouldn't give me my entire file. WOW I feel Mr. Fisher is giving your firm a bad reputation.

I never ever had gotten a call back from the lady working my case. I was told i could call and get foklow ups.. well i always get she busy. She not in.. etc... and i beilieve they are making jokes about me because i call yo try to talk someone about my case.. i wouldnt tell anyone that gordon and doner got a rating.. not from where im sitting..

Nobody except Mr. Gordon was very nice. They didn't seem to care about me or my case. Then they dropped my case! So I called Steinger, Iscoe & Greene... They are extremely friendly, definitely know the law & started getting me money right away. Maybe my case isn't typical but I could not recommend Gordon & Doner to anybody...
