I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have had this Attorney! They were always there for me with any questions, accurate information and helped me thru the entire process. They were extremely professional and were a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone going through similar circumstances.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are the worst. They will go behind your back with the other part, force you to settle for a dime and will never update you, advise, keep you notified, explain things..NOTHING. They are the WORST. Do not fall for the good reviews MOST OF THEM ARE FAKE!!!!

I wanted to leave this review for Samantha Hurtado and David Schweiger. They are the paralegal and attorney on my case and I cannot say enough about them as people and professionals. They were extremely kind, prompt, and persistent in working with me throughout my case. They always called, emailed and responded whenever I needed them to and I felt very comfortable, heard, and understood the whole way through during a very stressful year for me. When I was injured at work, I hesitated, filing a claim to assist in my recovery until it was obvious that I needed medical attention, and eventually a surgical procedure. I was intimidated by the thought of entering into litigation with my employer. I was afraid of retaliation. I was afraid that I would be fired. I was referred to Franks, Koenig & Neuwelt from a friend. The staff and my lead attorney changed my fears into confidence, got me the physical recovery care that I needed until I was back to 'normal'..... Something that I would have probably quit at too early, and got me a financial settlement that I did not expect. They did some "above and beyond' work for me and I recommend them highly!!!!
