Combat veteran (army infantry). Been battling the VA since 2010 decided to get a lawyer since I was getting nowhere on my own. After the initial paperwork I literally haven't heard anything from them in almost 2 years. first letter I get my lawyer left mid case. And they wanted to know if im staying with the firm or the lawyer... How about neither.

These people are amazing and I will use them again. They’re very kind and caring. I didn’t want to use someone I knew. I gave them a chance and they are better than most lawyers out there. I give them 5 stars!!

There is no communication anymore. After the other partners left it went down hill big. Yuri and Rico are dodging calls and emails. I don't like to name names, but ya'll beware.

The worst place for veterans is here. They falsely claim to be assisting veterans. You can reach Joe Biden more quickly than you can a lawyer at this firm. They won't return calls, but they can send a bill out right away. Avoid doing business with them since they are dishonest, offer subpar customer service, and do nothing but lie. The lawyers are getting their messages through telegraph, I’ve been waiting for a call from someone for 6 months. Beware of these scammers, all veterans.
