Gordon & Partners Got it done!!!!! Thank you Gordon & Partners, Melissa Medina and Attorney Robert Fanning for all you dedication to helping veterans like me for benefits I truly deserve. I applied for VA disability after retiring with 23 years in the Army as a Forward Observer, Stinger/Avenger Team leader and an MP. I served two tours in Afghanistan where I suffered a bad back injury. I also sustained many injuries and aliments from my service. The VA, taking their time, finally rated me with a minimum rating for other injuries but not my back. They said the back injury was not service connected. I don’t know how, more than 50% of my medical records are documents from that injury including an LOD signed by a Colonel. The VA kept denying my appeals. I was referred to Gordon & Partners where Melissa Medina and attorney Robert Fanning took my case. A few months later, I received a rating of 100% disability. Thank you again Gordon & Partners for all that you do and continue to do for veterans.
