Just Wow!! Words cannot express the feeling I have for Gordon and Partners and staff. I had been fighting with the VA for over 15 years and got nowhere. After countless tries as a Veteran, I decided to contact Gordon and Partners Law Firm. Within months the case was settled with Life Changing results. I am grateful to Gordon & Partners. I was running into roadblocks at every turn until the professionals took on my cause. I live on Social Security retirement checks, but it is not enough to let me relax and not worry about paying my rent. I don't recall any names since I had almost no need to speak to anyone at the firm; they worked and accomplished what I could not do. They took care of my needs and I had to do almost nothing. Not only did they get me approved for a nice award they kept at it and got me approved for even more. I don't know how Gordon & Partners did so much for me; it's like a miracle. After appealing to the VA on my own, for nearly 7 years on my disability claim, Heather Hartley managed to get my claim closed out and the financial compensation that I deserved in under 8 months. She was phenomenal in the preparation and reaching out to me expeditiously when I was in need of information and/or feeling stressed. The paralegals that worked under her were exceptional also, but Heather appeared to take a special interest in completing my claim quickly. I can't thank her enough for the work she completed. I have already referred your firm to a couple of other veterans and hope you can help them the way you helped me.

When a truck plowed into the side of my car, Gordon and Partners took on my accident without hesitation (even though they knew I was 71 years old) because the collision occurred as a result of the recklessness of another driver. I chose not to go to the hospital because of COVID even though I knew I hurt the right side of my body as a result of the impact of a truck tboning the passenger side of the car where I was sitting. I lost a lot of work as I did not return because of the stiffness and soreness I experienced for months. I went through physical therapy which was more painful than not. I had numerous xrays and MRIs done because of the constant pain. Gordon and Partners did get in touch with me on a few occasions but more than not, I had to contact them. The "Gordon" part of this firm will probably not take on your case personally and he will pass it on to one of his other colleagues. They will then pass the case on to their assistants and these assistants will be in charge of communication. When I called on one occasion I did ask to speak to Mr. Gordon but they protect him and will do whatever they need to keep his calls at bay. So, here I am two years later. I hurt the right side of my body from the impact. I am not sure Gordon and Partners even realize the severity of that impact. I have had massages, heat treatments, shots, physical therapy but I am still in pain and even stopped the gym exercises because it hurt. I did everything humanly possible in the realm of medical procedures (aside from repeatedly getting injections into my body) and am disgusted with the entire process. It is a joke. My insurance company failed to hold the other insurance company responsible in my opinion. I was advised that insurance companies do not like to pay out when you are 70+. Remaining life is not valued I guess. Gordon and Partners offered me less money than the expenses I incurred through this process. It was a kind of "go away" payment. My suggestion - try a law office that will keep you apprised and help you get the compensation you deserve; try a law office that is willing to go the extra mile - even if you are over 70; finally, try a law office that is sincere in their efforts to assist and do everything that is in your best interest. Christina Jenkins in a word was Awesome she listens she answered all of my extensive questions and it took the VA a long time to award 100% Permanent and Total but we got it done I truly appreciate her and Gordon and partners I’m extremely satisfied with the service thank you!
